Joe and Vicki Bilka started JV Print Solutions, Inc in August 2004.  The company was founded on the 30 years of experience Joe had in the forms business.

Joe Bilka has worked in forms selling most of his life. After working all these years for another company, Joe decided to strike out on his own by forming JV Print Solutions, Inc. The company grew tremdously over the first two years. 

Joe BIlka is from the Altoona, PA area. His faher was a local fire chief, now deceased ,and his mother was a homemaker.  Joe attended Bishop Guilfoyle High School and graduated in 1967.  He proceeded on to college at Penn State University where he received a B.S. in Education.  His next few years were spent using that degree in the inner city Philadelphia area teaching at Thomas Edison High School.  Joe decided to return to Altoona and finally ventured into sales.  He was employed by Standard Register in the forms business for 22 years. 

Vicki Bilka was born in Tyrone, Pa.  Her parents are both retired and currently reside in Altoona. She attended Altoona Area High School and graduated in 1975. She is a registered nurse and she has been employed at the Altoona Regional Health System for 30 years.  She has worked in various departments over the years including Intensive Care, Out Patient Surgery, and 10 years in the Emergency Department / Trauma area.  She has currently stepped down from the fast pace of the ER to the Quality Management Department. 

Joe and Vicki Bilka married in 2002.  Joe has three grown children and five grand- children.  Vicki has one daughter in college. 

Joe is a PIAA Basketball Referee, and he works security with Altoona Crurve baseball. He enjoys motorcycles, is an avid supporter of the Chicago Cubs, and is a fan of oldies music. Joe recently started doing DJ service for Boomerang Sound.  Vicki loves to read, surf the net, and sometimes goes to bingo.  They both spend time coaching Bishop Guilfoyle's Cross County Team in the fall, attending  the Altoona Curve Baseball games in the summer, and going to the Penn State Boys Basketball games in the winter.  They love the beach.  Travel is always fun for them both as they love to go to Virginia Beach, and have visited Florida,  Chicago,  Niagra Falls, and Washington, D.C. They both enjoy movies of all kinds and own two horses which they enjoy riding. 

Based on all of Joe's experience in the forms business, Joe and Vicki decided to create their own printing business.  Joe and Vicki are print brokers using printers from all over the country to obtain the best pricing for their customers.  Pricing, Quality and Service are always top priorities for this company!
